I'm a senior product designer working on web, mobile, and connected products. I partner with teams, founders, and executives to turn ideas into scalable, high-impact solutions. My background spans SMEs, IoT, and Enterprise SaaS. I design products that work — for real users, in real conditions.

Built on market reality

For almost 15 amazing years, I’ve been shipping products across domains — from industrial IoT and Fortune 500 enterprise to AI-driven marketplaces and developer tools. This breadth is not accidental. It defines how I think.

I operate at the intersection of UX research, product strategy, and system-level design thinking. My process is grounded in start with user behavior, validate early, reduce cognitive load, and never mistake aesthetics for experience. Complexity does not intimidate me — simplifying it does.

Where I specialize

SaaS is my core domain. I understand the full lifecycle: from 0→1 discovery through design system architecture, dev handoff, and post-launch iteration. I have led UX for cloud-native platforms integrating ERP, MES, and WMS systems — environments where a single interaction error can halt a production line. That context sharpens your judgment fast.

Progressive Web Apps are a particular strength. Designing cross-device, offline-capable, performance-aware interfaces requires both technical fluency and deep empathy for the user's environment. Factory-floor operators, field technicians, and non-technical users all deserve interfaces that do not fight back.

How I work

I am a designer-founder hybrid. Beyond individual contributor work, I have run OMMO — a digital product design agency — and served as Product Head at ONIRO, an AI-powered rental marketplace live in Spain. That means I understand the pressure on both sides of the table: the team building the product and the business betting on it.

My workflow is AI-native. I use Claude, Cursor, V0, Lovable, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly not as novelty tools but as leverage — compressing research cycles, accelerating prototyping, and keeping design decisions tightly coupled to evidence.

I collaborate directly with engineers. I understand component architecture, and deliver Figma systems that development teams actually use.

User-Centered Design

Across industries and product stages, I turn complexity into clear, scalable UX that drives measurable results — using AI to speed up decisions and align user behavior with business goals.

I build products that move fast, scale efficiently, and deliver real value.

Based in Spain. Working globally.

manage.ID — Industrial ID and Labeling System

"Turning factory chaos into one-click compliance"

Client
PID 3Sixty
Company
Novexx Solutions GmbH
Duration
≈ 4 years
Role
Sr. Product Designer (end-to-end)
Platform
Web SaaS + PWA
Industry & Domain
Cloud-native SaaS platform for industrial identification and labeling

A SaaS platform that centralises and automates product identification workflows across factory floors — bridging the gap between corporate IT systems and production machinery. manage.ID pulls live data from ERP, MES, and WMS systems, converts it into print-ready labels, and dispatches directly to hardware — ensuring full operational and regulatory compliance (GS1, ISO standards) across multiple production sites.

The design challenge: zero tolerance for error in high-pressure industrial environments, where operators work in gloves, under time pressure, and often without IT backgrounds. Every interaction had to be frictionless, every edge case covered, every component scalable. The result is a drag-and-drop interface that makes complex compliance workflows feel as simple as starting a production line — literally by dragging an order onto it.

What I delivered
  • End-to-end UX across the full compliance and labelling workflow — from ERP data ingestion to print verification
  • Design system built for industrial density: drag-and-drop widgets, dashboards, coding scenarios, role-based access
  • Drag-and-drop production start — key UX decision derived from research revealing operators work with gloves and limited attention bandwidth
  • PWA implementation ensuring consistent experience across all devices on the factory network
  • AI integration UX — personalised scenarios and predictive recommendations without overwhelming non-technical operators
  • Figma design system with reusable, dev-ready components and full handoff documentation

Due to NDA restrictions, certain business metrics and DB elements (including PRV, P/C, T/O, and PII/CI data) have been modified, while design system components, UX flows, and interaction patterns are presented in full.

Rental matching for landlords and tenants — built from scratch in a bootstrapped, fast-moving environment. As Product Head, I own the complete product loop: market research → product vision → UX architecture → UI design → launch → iteration.

The challenge is two-sided: building trust and reducing friction for both landlords and renters, while integrating AI matching in a way that feels helpful rather than opaque. This is real-world product leadership — making decisions that matter under genuine resource and time constraints.

What I own
  • Full product strategy — market positioning, ICP definition, UX architecture
  • Marketplace UX: AI matching flow, listing UX, trust signals, search & discovery
  • Mobile-first design for a broad, non-technical user base
  • Continuous post-launch iteration based on real user behaviour and analytics
  • Design and product decisions made under real bootstrapped constraints

IntroView — Video-First Job Platform

"Eliminating the scheduling bottleneck in recruitment through async video"

Agency
OMMO Agency
Platforms
iOS + Desktop Web
Type
Dual-sided marketplace
Tools
Figma, Sketch, XMin

A video-first job platform designed around asynchronous communication — removing the most painful friction in traditional recruitment: scheduling. Two distinct user journeys (Employer and Jobseeker) with radically different mental models, unified under a coherent cross-platform experience across iOS and desktop web.

Key UX decisions
  • Dual-sided architecture — two user journeys with separate mental models, consistent platform language
  • Video-first async flows eliminating scheduling friction as a core UX strategy, not a feature
  • Cross-platform consistency — understanding where to follow iOS conventions and where to break them
  • Connection management UX — empty states, confirmation patterns, progressive relationship building

Manual QA testers

UX for developer tools — a distinct discipline requiring deep understanding of QA engineers' mental models. CRISP lets manual testers generate automation code without any automation background, removing the competency barrier that prevents most teams from adopting automated testing.

Key UX decisions
  • Auto-generate code — elimination of the competency barrier as primary UX strategy
  • Offline mode — reliability signal critical for enterprise tools
  • Import/Export — interoperability with existing QA workflows

Value I bring to Product Teams

I solve the problems others skip, making complex systems simple. Rare skills, one goal: helping SaaS win.

Multi-device UX for Industrial & ERP Systems
I bring a rare mix of ERP, MES, WMS, BPMN, and HMI expertise—skills fewer than 5% of designers have. Making Industrial and ERP systems easy to use. I simplify complexity so teams focus on building the right products.
AI-native workflow
Claude, V0, Cursor, Lovable, Firefly, MJ, ChatGPT — I use AI to help Product Teams work smarter and faster. These tools handle repetitive tasks, turn data into clear insights, and make sure every team resource—time, talent, and focus—is used where it matters most.
Designer-Founder hybrid
OMMO agency + ONIRO Product Head role = someone who thinks like a founder. For startups and scaleups looking for their first designer or Head of Design — this is the rarest combination: strategic design thinking with real product ownership experience.
